LodeStar Universal CEO Alex Ramsey rings NASDAQ opening bell

On August 8 of 2004, Alex Ramsey joined her colleague Dr. Gary Cadenhead, professor at the University of Texas at Austin and Scholtzsky’s Chairman of the Board, to ring NASDAQ’s opening bell in honor of UT’s annual venture capital business plan competition, Moot Corp. This event brings graduate business school students from around the world together to compete for $100,000 in seed stage venture money. Alex teaches competitors in the UT program how to do a perfect investor pitch.
